RECIPE PREPARATION Bean soup with smoked ribs and boiled meat:
In the evening I kept the beans in water soaked for a lighter boil, I boiled the beans in 2 waters with baking soda.
I put another water where over the beans I added the meat and ribs, the grated carrot and the red pepper. I sprinkled a little salt and pepper.
Towards the end I hardened the finely chopped onion with the broth and put it over the beans, at the end I sprinkled a handful of larch and thyme.
It goes very well with raw red onions and pickles and polenta.
Good appetite!
Not in it business.
I think it’s wrong.
On mine the theme is rather interesting. I suggest all to take part in discussion more actively.
