Who can refuse a piece of pork neck made in the oven, with a delicious garnish next to it?
My family doesn't succeed very well. Although I try to cook it quite rarely, because the pork is not very healthy, but ... from time to time, we make room for it on our tables.
Now I have prepared from a few ingredients.
- 1 kg of pork neck
- 100 ml oil
- 1 sachet of pork fucks
- enough water to cover the meat.
- a few cloves of garlic.

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked pork neck:
Pork neck is cut into slices appropriately thick.
Put in an oven tray.
The bag of pork fucks mix with the oil and grease each piece of the neck.
Put enough water to cover the meat.
I put a few cloves of garlic and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Check the meat and leave it until the water drops (depending on how browned you want it)
I left for another 20 minutes.

How do I cook grilled pork neck?
We beat the neck slices well with the schnitzel hammer, preferably to buy the boneless neck.
Season them well on one side and on the other with salt, pepper, paprika and grease them with a thin layer of mustard. We put them on top of a plate and cover them with a foil and then keep them cold. It would be preferable to do this operation the night before.
Heat the grill, then grease it with a little fat, preferably bacon and fry the meat, sprinkling it from time to time with a little beer. Here is the most important part, the fire must not be very strong, the meat must remain juicy but also well fried. Of course, its quality also matters.
We take out the meat and until it is fried, we keep the rest of the slices covered with an aluminum foil.
And yes, mustard tenderizes it and gives it a special taste.
You can fry the marinated meat in this way, both grilled and baked, it turns out excellent!

Baked pork neck & # 8211 Quick and tasty recipe
Baked pork neck has a special taste, of course if you know how to cook it. I have cooked pork neck many times, so I can say that this is the best recipe. Every time I do, I get a lot of praise. Try it too.
- 1.2 kg pork neck
- 75 gr high salt, 1.1 l cold water
- 1 tablespoon marjoram, 4 cloves garlic
- 3-4 bay leaves
Method of preparation:
Mix 25 g of high salt with 100 ml of water in a cup and inject the liquid obtained in the neck of the pig with a syringe. We inject in different places, then we put the meat in a bowl and we start to prepare the marinade.
Mix a tablespoon of cold water with 50 grams of high salt, a tablespoon of marjoram and 4 cloves of garlic. When the salt dissolves, put the meat in the marinade and pour the rest of the water (it must be completely covered). Cover the meat with a lid and put it in the fridge, where it will stay for 4-5 days.
After the 4-5 days have passed, remove the pork neck from the marinade and place it on a paper towel to dry. After it dries, wrap it with string and place it in a heat-resistant dish.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of oil over the pork neck and cover with a lid. Then put in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 1.5 hours. After the 90 minutes have passed, turn off the oven, but do not remove the meat tray.
Leave the meat inside for another 1.5-2 hours, then take it out, leave it to cool, and put it in the fridge, where it will stay overnight. The next day it is cut into thin slices. Good appetite!
Baked pork neck
That's why in the summer I still plan a pork neck in the oven, but whenever I had to cook, I looked at the stove with horror. If anyone at least suggested I light the oven, we'd set it on fire. But now they have changed & # 8220weather & # 8221. So, in such a doggy weather, I can only invite all those who visit my blog to turn on the oven! I made it to prepare a wonderful pork neck, which warmed the atmosphere (both literally and figuratively).
For the preparation you need the following ingredients: 500 g pork neck, sliced 250 g Oltenian sausages 1 kg diced potatoes 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 2 sliced tomatoes 300 g grated mozzarella cheese 3-4 garlic cloves, sliced 50 ml vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, chopped salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of pork neck in the oven: Pour the oil into a pan and place a first layer of potato cubes. Over the potatoes add the slices of neck and bell pepper, cut into thin strips.
Continue placing the sausages and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste, then place the tomato slices in the pan.
Sprinkle with chopped tarragon and ready, you can put the dish in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour and a half (at the end of this period try the potatoes and if they are still hard, leave them).
Once the potatoes are done, take the tray out of the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, as evenly as possible.
Put the tray back in the oven and leave it for another 20 minutes, also at 200 degrees. After the last 20 minutes, the pork neck is ready to bake.
